The Carb Solutions CCCD bar is not all that bad tasting, but it does put forth a rather bland flavor. Not much actual CCCD flavoring, but occasionally you may get a good bite that tastes like a sugarless CCCD piece. Overall, it has a chewing consistency of a candy bar, and isn't that bad if you just want to give it a try. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being a Russel Stovers Carb Free snack, and 1 being the worst possible thing ever), I give this bar a cool 3.5.
On the other paw, I did give the Carb Wise Lemon Yogurt Crunch bar a run for its money... I am a fan of the fruit snacks and usually like a good strong fruit flavor when I eat one. After taking my first bite into the crunch bar, the first thing I thought of was that the flavor is very close to a lemon-flavored Starburst candy. The crunch in the bar defiantly added a nice effect, since the bar (along with other atkins 'crunch style' bars) is similar to a rice krispy in density and design. On a scale of 1 to 10, i'd give this bar a cool 6, and would defiantly enjoy another in the future.
Also, since i'm on the subject of food, i'd like to recommend the Hormel family-sized meals... there are flavors like Pork Au Jus, Beef Au Jus, Chicken in spicy mexican sauce, Beef in Gravy, and maybe some others (those are what i've seen so far). They are very good, and supposidly provide enough food to feed a family if you "provide your own side dishes". I do not know how much all of you eat, but one of these is a main course for me... I usually eat a baby spinach salad before hand with some blue cheese, and one of those for the main dish. Could be just me... but you might want to dip your paws into that section of the grocery store if you're so inclined.
