So, in the fresh bread aisle, both Arnold and Pepperidge Farm are making low-carb breads. I tried the whole wheat loaves from both manufacturers. The Arnold bread is 6 carbs a slice and tastes rubbery and graceless. The Pepperidge Farm is 5 carbs a slice and tastes more like bread.
So for those of you who are longing for a piece of bread you don't have to reheat... I recommend the Pepperidge Farm. :)
